Aletheia

In this ongoing dialogue with my younger self, I redefine safety as something I actively construct and passion as something I choose to protect. The artwork becomes both witness and guide, holding joy as a deliberate act of survival and self-recognition.

Forms appear unfinished, searching, sometimes comforting, and sometimes disorienting, echoing how trauma lingers as atmosphere rather than event. These paintings arrive from the unknown depths of memory and learned ways of life.

Colorful abstract artwork with various faces, eyes, and figures, including phrases like 'JUST BE' and 'BE' scattered throughout, created with vibrant markers or paint on crumpled paper.
